How to fix Felicloud not working
Felicloud is up on our end, so if it won't work for you, the problem is most likely on your side. Work through these in order:

Open Felicloud in a private window
Open a private or incognito window and sign in to the service there. If it loads, an extension or a saved cookie is blocking the normal window; disable extensions one by one or clear site data for the service. This is the fastest way to separate a browser problem from an account or network problem.
Clear Felicloud cookies and site data
In Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and security > Delete browsing data, choose Cookies and other site data, and clear it. Firefox has the same job under Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data. Sign in again. A stale session token often causes a blank page or a loop back to the login screen.
Check your network and VPN
Switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or turn off your VPN, then load the service again. If it works on mobile data, your router or DNS settings are the likely block. On Windows, open Command Prompt and run `ipconfig /flushdns`; on macOS, run `sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder` in Terminal.
Reset Felicloud by using a new browser profile
Click your profile icon in Chrome, then choose Add. Sign in to the service in that new profile. In Firefox, type about:profiles in the address bar and create a profile there; a corrupted setting or a stuck extension that private mode ignores can keep the main profile from working.
While Felicloud is down: what to use instead

- Force quit and relaunch the Felicloud app using Activity Monitor, or verify that Felicloud has permission to sync in macOS System Settings. If using a web browser, temporarily disable extensions that might block the connection.

- Force stop the Felicloud app in your Android settings, clear its app cache, and check the Google Play Store for updates. Make sure background data usage is enabled for Felicloud in your data settings.

- Open the Felicloud app and check if you see a connection error banner or if your file list fails to refresh. You can also try accessing Felicloud via a mobile web browser.
Felicloud on iPhone and iPad

- Update the Felicloud app via the App Store and verify that Cellular Data is enabled for Felicloud in your iOS Settings. Offloading and reinstalling the app can also resolve persistent issues.
- Check
- Check if the Felicloud app shows a 'No Connection' alert or fails to load your synced folders. Try accessing the Felicloud status page on Safari to see if the service is down for everyone.
What happens when Felicloud goes down
Felicloud stores your work. You reach it from a browser or phone when you need files and account tools, so an outage blocks sign in and leaves your work out of reach until access returns.
You notice trouble first at login because the page spins or drops you back to sign in even though your password is correct on screen. Sync stops right after. If you get inside, saved files refuse to open or save while links you share hang. Outages hit some of you harder than others, so your app fails while a coworker stays online because one login path or server takes the hit.
