World of Warships keeps crashing
Crashes and critical errors during play
The game closes or shows a critical error, often after an update or in the middle of a battle. Wargaming asks players to check the game files with its WGCheck tool and send a crash report if it keeps happening.
How to fix it
Download WGCheck from Wargaming support and start it.
Select World of Warships, verify the client and turn on extended dump generation.
Tick the option to add the game to firewall exceptions, then click Check.
If damaged files are found, click Recovery to download fresh copies.
If the game still crashes, attach the report from the Reports folder to a support ticket.
