Common problemWorld of WarshipsWindows PC
World of Warships can't connect to the server
Connection errors, lag spikes and disconnects
The client can't reach the server, or you get dropped and lag badly during a battle. Wargaming points to firewalls, antivirus and the home network as the usual causes.
How to fix it
Check that your antivirus and firewall are not blocking the game.
Unplug your router and modem for about 20 seconds, then turn them back on.
On Wi-Fi, move closer to the router or switch to an Ethernet cable.
Allow WorldOfWarships.exe to use TCP and UDP and open the game ports Wargaming lists.
Contact your internet provider if the problem stays.
