Battle.net game update or download stuck
Install or patch stops at 0 B/s
A game install or patch stops moving and the speed drops to 0 B/s. Blizzard says it is usually a connection problem or another program blocking the update.
How to fix it
Check BlizzardCS for maintenance in your region.
Add Blizzard apps to your security software's exception list.
Restart your modem and router.
Try a new Windows administrator account to rule out permission problems.
Try a different network, and reinstall the game if it still will not move.
